The Director of Fields and Equipment is a key member of the CIYF Board, responsible for coordinating all field logistics and managing equipment for the organization. This role ensures that teams have access to safe, well-maintained practice and game fields, and that all players and coaches are equipped with the necessary gear to participate successfully in the season.

Director of Flag Football
Position Overview
The proposal recommends the creation of a new board position titled Flag Football Director within the Cambridge-Isanti Youth Football (CIYF) organization. The purpose of this role is to provide dedicated leadership and oversight for the Flag Football Program, which serves youth athletes in grades 1st through 4th. The position is designed to enhance program organization, communication, and overall experience for players, families, and volunteers.
